WHAT IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH?

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an international health campaign held every October with a goal to promote screening, raise awareness, and reduce the risk of breast cancer, which affects millions of women worldwide. During this month, various activities are organized to support those affected by breast cancer, and to encourage early detection and equitable access to care. (Breastcancer.org).

Pentecostal Church of Christ (PCC) celebrates and remembers all breast cancer survivors, and those individuals and families that have been affected by this disease. We continue to pray for you! We also encourage all women to stay current on your examinations and visits with your health care provider.
