WHAT IS GOOD FRIDAY?
Good Friday is a Christian holiday and the day in which Christians honor Jesus Christ's sacrifices to save us from sin and remember the events leading up to Jesus Christ's death at Calvary. It is a solemn day of remembrance and reflection. Good Friday is observed by attending church service, fasting, praying, and/or reflecting on the meaning of Christ's sacrifices. It is part of Passion/Holy Week, which celebrates and remembers the final week of Jesus Christ's life and ministry before his death and resurrection.
