WHAT IS A FAST?
A fast is the act of an individual not eating and/or drinking for a set time period. We normally participate in a Fast at the beginning of the year to help strengthen our spiritual growth. We hope that all who participate become closer to God.
IS THIS FOR ANYONE?
Yes! ALL are welcome to participate in this fast.
WHEN IS THIS?
The Fast will be 3 days (specific dates are below). During this fasting time, please eat one meal per day. For those who are under a physician's care, please follow to your physician's care plan for your health and medication requirements.
